Hi Luyanda
We are home – freezing cold and missing Africa!!
Just to say a huge thank you – for a fabulous trip. We had the most amazing time – really amazing and everything ran like clock work – thanks to you – so the biggest THANK YOU!
Apologies for the call from Sun City – re: kids breakfast. Very objectionable receptionist (odd considering the hotel!) got totally the wrong end of the stick and insisted on calling you, no problem re: kids breakfast I thought you had told me they weren’t included just didn’t have all my paper work with me and hadn’t at that point checked Tony’s blackberry for your reply. But really was not issue – and we were thrilled to be upgraded.
Sun City was excellent – but the real thrill of the trip was Livingstone and the day trips you organised. All went so smoothly – re visas/pick ups etc. We really appreciated it to as we met quite a few people with Visa issues!
Seeing Victoria falls will stay with me forever – especially the absolute wonder on Luke’s face when he sat 5meteres away from Hippos as they came out of the Zambezi river at dusk – for an 8 year old it was awesome – as was the sunset each day over the Falls.
Really magical – I would recommend it 100%
Also, although we stayed at the Zambezi Sun – we spent each sun down at the Royal Livingstone – who have the most amazing bar on the river and also ate there – which was a great combination of 5 star bar/restaurant but 4 star family accommodation.
We so appreciate your organising this holiday for us – I used to work in travel in the UK – organising tailor made itineraries to Australia for 10 years, so I really know that you are fantastic at your job. Please if you can forward my email to your bosses – or email me there addresses and I will contact them direct, as the level of service you are providing deserves high praise!
I will recommend you and Rhino Africa to everyone I know!
Yours with thanks
Debbie and the rest of the Pearce family
P.S Hopefullyone day I will contact you again and come back to Africa
