And the heavens opened over Cape Town

Sunday nights pleasant evening suddenly changed within a couple of minutes to a storm of note. The heavens opened over Cape Town and forks of lightning shot out of the clouds like white veins against the dark sky. Witnessing natures wrath is scary yet you cannot help but be amazed. Note to self:- Do not stand still in one spot in the clear on a night like this or atleast not without rubbers soles!!
