Kruger in the morning, Vic Falls in the afternoon!

By Matthew Sterne on August 21, 2008

Imagine a Kruger National Park game drive in the early morning, the air still crisp the grass still dew laden, your khaki clad ranger motions for silence as he negotiates the open topped four wheel drive vehicle through a tight gap between acacia tree and granite boulder. Beyond the rock, there is movement in the tall grass, barely a flicker. The grass sways in the gentle breeze, something is moving closer, the grass parts, a collective breath from you and your fellow occupants, a leopard appears. The big male eyes the vehicle out for a few seconds before dismissing it completely and returning to the hunt. Everyone goes back to breathing normally as the leopard poses for a few photographs and finally moves off.

Let’s hope you have space left on your memory card because you are going to need it in the afternoon when the magnificent Victoria Falls fills your lens! You ask yourself how can that be possible? Surely you would need at least a night stop-over in Johannesburg, since there is no flight between Kruger and Victoria Falls? But that’s where you are wrong! With Rhino Africa you can enjoy the splendour and majesty of the Victoria Falls and the untamed wilderness of the Kruger National Park all in one day without needing to transfer through O.R. Tambo, thanks to our exclusive flight routing between Kruger Mpumalanga Airport and Livingstone Airport in Vic Falls.

Victoria Falls

This flight, which is exclusive to Rhino Africa guests, makes it perfectly easy to combine a tour of the Kruger National Park and a stay in one of the many luxury lodges, like Singita, Lions Sands or Londolozi, with some time in a luxurious hotel close to the roaring waters of the mighty Zambezi river and the continuously cascading Victoria Falls. If that isn’t enough, combine a tour of both those prime destinations with a stay in the cosmopolitan city of Cape Town where you can investigate Robben Island or Table Mountain. Our new routings make combining southern Africa’s three most popular destinations as easy as pie!

However you choose to structure your luxury holiday and wherever you choose to stay we can organize all the details of your perfect safari and our exclusive routing makes it easier than ever for you to have your cake.. and eat it!
