Sam couldn't help but rave about her stay – especially the massage that left her floating on air. She insisted it was one of the best she's ever had, and it's hard to argue when you're in the hands of such skilled therapists. And let's not forget the ever-so-charming private butler who seemed to have an uncanny ability to anticipate her every need, adding that extra touch of magic to her stay.

"The beach bar, made from an old boat, was a standout for evening cocktails. Everything was done right, from the food to the setting. It’s clear that &Beyond knows how to deliver an exceptional stay.” – Samantha.

Kisawa Sanctuary: A Celebrity-Worthy Escape

While Sam had high praise for &Beyond Benguerra, Azura Benguerra, and Anantara Bazaruto Island Resort, it was another property, Kisawa Sanctuary, that truly stole the spotlight.

"What stands out most about Kisawa, aside from its stunning beauty, is the incredible sense of privacy it provides – it’s a perfect hideaway for celebrities seeking unrivalled seclusion." – Samantha.

Kisawa is an exceptionally exclusive eco-retreat featuring a selection of one-, two-, and three-bungalow residences. Set on a sprawling 300-hectare sanctuary of forest, beach, and dunes at the southern tip of Benguerra Island, it offers a truly discreet setting.

"They refer to their accommodations as "bungalows", but that's an understatement. These are HUGE, grandiose, and ultra-luxurious – nothing like the typical idea of a bungalow." – Samantha.

"Kisawa's bungalows are completely secluded – you can't see anyone else, the main area, or any other residences. You're even provided with a little electric vehicle to explore the grounds, winding through charming paths lined with local vegetation – it's quite enchanting." – Samantha.

Every detail at Kisawa is meticulously chosen, with incredible attention to detail. The décor, crafted by local artisans, perfectly complements the lodge's aim to redefine beach luxury in a genuine yet chic way, all the while evoking a sense of freedom and spaciousness throughout your stay.

"The rooms are impressively spacious with high ceilings, featuring a lounge area, bedroom, dressing area, bathroom, and a deck with a pool. These pools are far larger than the typical plunge pools, and each bungalow also includes a pool lounge area, a pool kitchen, a beach attendant, and a butler. You’re pampered from start to finish." – Samantha.

"The décor is vibrant and stylish, with a distinct vintage flair. For instance, each room comes with a record player, and guests can choose their preferred music style, which is curated and placed in the room before arrival. Even the light fixtures have a retro feel, reminiscent of the 70s and 80s, adding to the modern-meets-old-world ambience." – Samantha.
