The best ten-day safari in Africa. That’s what we endeavoured to create with the grand prize for Africa’s Photographer of the Year. Valued at $25,000, the holiday will whisk you and a very lucky friend to Cape Town, the Kruger National Park and Victoria Falls – staying at some of the most luxurious properties in Africa. All for one of your photos that you may have already taken!
Africa’s Photographer of the Year features four unique themes for each quarter of 2017: Cape Town, the Kruger National Park, Victoria Falls and Wild Africa. If you’ve ogled at Table Mountain, felt the spray of Victoria Falls or crossed paths with Africa’s majestic wildlife then we want your photos!
If you’d like to find out more or enter, head over to africasphotographeroftheyear.com.

Matt discovered a passion for writing in the six years he spent travelling abroad. He worked for a turtle sanctuary in Nicaragua, in an ice cream factory in Norway and on a camel safari in India. He was a door-to-door lightbulb-exchanger in Australia, a pub crawl guide in Amsterdam and a journalist in Colombia. Now, he writes and travels with us.

You could certainly see your skills within the work you write. The world hopes for more passionate writers like you who arent afraid to say how they believe. Always follow your heart. dbceakedffbg
